WHY CHOOSE JUST CABINS IN HAWKES BAY
- Our cabins may not be the cheapest, but, they are 'the best'. When we compare the competition, it's obvious that you get what you pay for.
- Just Cabins Hawkes Bay portable cabins, are the premium cabins in the cabin market. Our large cabin is designed and built to the maximum size allowable without requiring a building consent, providing our clients with maximum comfort.
- Standard features include, carpet, curtains and a neutral, cream painted interior. We have opted for a ranch slider door which may be left fully or partially open on those hot summer days without the constant slamming regularly experienced with a swing door.
- Wheels may be left on or removed, but air flow underneath the cabin is important in reducing moisture and cold rising through the floor. (Our cabins do have under floor foil).
- Just Cabins Hawkes Bay has a strong focus on customer satisfaction; we take a great pride in providing a service and product second to none, operating seven days a week, 52 weeks a year (with the exception of Christmas Day).
Testimonials from satisfied Just Cabins clients
"In April 2011, I was trying to find accommodation. I came across a website named Just Cabins. The website provided me the product I needed to get me through the next 5 months. It detailed the size of the cabins available and costs, which I found very informative.
I had no problem getting in contact with the owner, who provided great service and catered for my requirements. I was provided with the product, which was delivered and positioned exactly where I wanted it. The rent payments were straight forward, with hassle free internet banking available. If I need anything, or had problems with the Cabin (which never happened), I knew that I would have prompt service, and the matter would be sorted.
When it was time for the removal of the Cabin. Just Cabins also catered to a time and date in which the product was picked up, taking into consideration, my schedule.
Again I would like to thank Rob and his team at Just Cabins for allowing me the opportunity for renting their product, and would recommend them to anyone. I know that I would definitely use this service again if I needed to."

JUST CABINS IN HAWKES BAY
It was back in about 2005 when Gerald, good friend of mine phoned and asked if I could spare a couple of hours to give him a hand. I called around to find everyone about to manoeuvre a small cabin around the side of Gerald's house.
Gerald had a 3 bedroom house and three teenage youngsters, and the eldest wanted to move back home. No-one was keen to share their bedroom, so Gerald's wife investigated the various options available. Building on, at the time was hugely expensive and not practical. So, discounting tents, caravans etc as unsuitable, his wife settled on the most practical and appealing choice, a portable cabin.
After pushing and levelling the cabin into position, it was all set for the eldest daughter to move into. Accommodation sorted, for what turned out to be the next two years.
I was so taken by the whole concept of this product and business, that I later approached the business owner and asked if I could buy it from him. After two months of negotiating, we hadn't been able to work a deal, I don't think he really wanted to let the business go anyway, so we both moved on.
In 2007, my younger brother spotted 'Just Cabins' advertised in the Franchise magazine. Just Cabins, cabins were similar to what I had seen, but more upmarket, superior spec's, came in two sizes and each built on their own trailers for ease of delivery. Without hesitation, I contacted the Franchisor, worked through the purchasing process and by the end of 2007, I became the proud owner of the first official 'Just Cabins' franchise in New Zealand.
Nearly four years later, Just Cabins in Hawkes Bay has helped many families with an extra bedroom, small businesses with an office, kindergartens with staff rooms, individuals with a hobby room and various other situations where our cabins have turned out to be 'Just the Answer'.
Owning and operating this business has been both enjoyable and rewarding. It provides a true 'win, win' outcome for both the business and the client.
